Individual team members are selected to work for a client and scheduled for same days each week. Costs are based on a daily rate and require only a weeks’ notice to terminate. This model gives customer greater flexibility in terms of managing the tasks and priority to be delivered as influenced by the changing needs of the business without the commitment of long term or full time employees.
